The Globis Cup World Go U-20 is an international tournament exclusively for players under 20 years of age, sponsored by the Japanese business school Globis. Founded to nurture the next generation of Go talent from around the world, the tournament features young players from China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and other countries competing in a 16-player knockout format. It serves as a valuable early indicator of future Go champions.
