Launched in 2018 by Senko Holdings and organized by the Nihon Ki-in, this is the premier international women's Go championship. Eight players compete in single-elimination knockout: four from Japan, plus one each from China, Korea, Taiwan, and a European representative. First prize is 10 million yen.
