Korea BLITZ Seniors and Women's Open

A Korean open run under the BLITZ banner that popularized rapid time controls as a way to make Go more spectator-friendly. 元老女子 names two eligibility categories rather than one: veterans AND women both qualify, and strong amateurs are admitted too, so a senior former world champion and a reigning women's titleholder can meet across the board — Lee Changho against Choi Jeong is a normal pairing here, not an error. Ten minutes plus 20 seconds a move keeps the whole field on equal footing regardless of era.
