Kisung

The Kisung ("Go Saint") is the Korean equivalent of Japan's prestigious Kisei title. The tournament follows the standard Korean title match format: a knockout qualifier produces a challenger who faces the defending champion in a best-of-five title match. Cho Hun-hyun and Lee Changho dominated the title during their respective eras, and it remains one of the most respected individual titles in Korean professional Go.
