Ricoh Cup

The Ricoh Cup (理光杯) was a Chinese professional Go tournament that ran for fifteen editions from 2000 to 2015. Sponsored by Ricoh's Chinese operations and organized with the Chinese Weiqi Association, the first edition was an eight-player invitational in Beijing using fast time controls; later editions grew to fifty-plus participants and the event became one of China's largest rapid Go competitions. Open to all professionals, it was won repeatedly by leading Chinese players before quietly winding down in the mid-2010s.
